Ordering
Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order with you. Please select the correct size when ordering to avoid inconvenience later.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and cover the goods only. Cash on Delivery orders require a 50% advance by bank transfer to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% paid in cash to the courier on delivery. Orders paid 100% in advance by bank transfer receive a 5% discount on the order value. Orders are dispatched once the advance or full payment is verified. Delivery is charged separately by the courier at their rate for your city.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are paid by the customer at the time of purchase or exchange, based on the courier company's rates. These charges appear on your invoice.
Courier inspection policy
In line with courier policy, parcels may not be opened or inspected before payment is completed. We appreciate your cooperation if this comes up at the door.
Exchanges
We do not offer cash refunds. Any item may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, and the original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange. If an item bought at regular price has since gone on sale, it will be exchanged at the current sale price.
Condition of exchanged items
Items must be unaltered, unused and unwashed, with all original accessories including tags, labels and the poly bag or box. Accessories cannot be exchanged, for hygiene reasons.
Product quality
We take care to sell quality products. As we do not manufacture the goods ourselves, we are not able to accept liability claims beyond the exchange terms set out above.
