Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Yes, we offer international shipping subject to service availability. Customers may choose our verified international courier service or recommend their preferred courier agent in Pakistan. 100% advance payment is required, with shipping charges paid separately in advance. If using your own agent, we only charge domestic delivery fees to your specified local courier destination; international shipping is arranged and paid for by you.
How do I know my size?
Every product page links to a size guide with garment measurements in centimetres. When in doubt, size up for outerwear.
How do I pay?
We offer two flexible payment options. Cash on Delivery (COD): pay 50% of your order value in advance to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Full advance payment: pay 100% upfront by bank transfer and receive an extra 5% discount on your order. For any advance payment, send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp — we confirm and dispatch your order as soon as it is verified.
